Shoaib Akhtar wishes 'healthy recovery' to covid-positive PM Imran
PM Imran contracted coronavirus and is self-isolating at home.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Former Pakistan fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar has on Saturday wished a ‘healthy recovery’ to Prime Minister Imran Khan who tested positive for coronavirus.
Shoaib Akhtar tweeted, “Wishing a healthy recovery to PM sahab @ImranKhanPTI . He just tested positive for Covid-19.”

Let it be known that Special Assistant to the Prime Minister (SAPM) on Health Services Faisal Sultan confirmed earlier today that the premier has contracted the virus. Imran Khan is self-isolating at home, the SAPM added.

It is pertinent here to mention that the PM had on Thursday received his first dose of coronavirus vaccine. He, on the occasion, appealed to the nation to ensure strict compliance of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) amid third ongoing wave of the virus.
