South Africa tour: Hafeez, Imad Wasim likely to return to squad
Pakistan cricket team is scheduled to play three ODIs and four T20s in South Africa.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Senior all-rounder Mohammad Hafeez and sniper Imad Wasim are likely to return to the squad for the upcoming tour of South Africa.
Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chief Executive Wasim Khan held separate meetings with national team captain Babar Azam and head coach Misbah-ul-Haq where matter regarding Pakistan s tour of South Africa came under discussion.
According to sources, the virtual meeting of PCB officials has also been completed. The national team for the forthcoming series against South Africa will be announced in two days, while Muhammad Hafeez and Imad Wasim are likely to return to the squad.
Pakistan cricket team is scheduled to play three ODIs and four T20s in South Africa.
According to the schedule, the first match between Pakistan and South Africa will be played on April 2 in Centurion and the second T20 will be played in Johannesburg on April 4.
