LAHORE (Dunya News) – Peshawar Zalmi owner Javed Afridi presented Zalmi jersey to renowned Turkish chef Burak Özdemir who was in Pakistan on a four-day tour.
Javed Afridi also presented traditional turban and shawl to the Turkish chef. In a meeting with the Peshawar Zalmi owner, Burak Özdemir expressed special interest in cricket.
Burak Özdemir said that cricket was promoted in Turkey when two Turkish cricketers were part of the Peshawar Zalmi team in fourth season of the Pakistan Super League (PSL).
Javed Afridi said Pak-Turkish friendship will be further strengthened through cricket and sports.
