The schedule of the leagues resumption will be decided later

LAHORE (Dunya News) - The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has decided to reschedule the remaining matches of the fifth edition of Pakistan Super League (PSL).

The PCB has reopened its offices from March 24 despite the global spread of novel coronavirus (COVID-19).

According to sources, the board is keen on addressing important pending matters after the abrupt suspension of PSL 5. The league was postponed indefinitely after one foreign player showed symptoms of coronavirus.

The schedule of the league’s resumption will be decided later, owing to the availability of national and international players.

It must be noted that only skeleton-staff has been asked to come to work while the rest have been advised to work from home.

Earlier, the PCB had suspended its all domestic competitions and cricket activities.
