Wasim Akram receives his watch lost on an Emirates flight
Emirates found Akrams watch and delivered it to him in Melbourne, Australia within three days.
(Web Desk) – Emirates delivered Wasim Akram, Sultan of Swing the favourite watch he had lost on an Emirates flight, he was flying from Karachi to Dubai.
The cricket legend after losing all hopes of finding the precious watch took to Twitter and said ““Lost my watch on Flight EK 605 seat 10a KHI-DXB. I am now following @emirates. Please have someone contact me ASAP as I have exercised all customer service points in Dubai and do not feel comfortable that enough has been done. This watch is a family heirloom.”

Minutes after Wasim Akram tweeted, Emirates support team swung in to action, and tweeted back asking Akram to send them more details and the description of the watch.

Emirates found Akram’s watch and delivered it to him in Melbourne, Australia — within three days.
Akram was surprised when he received a call from Emirates in Australia, and in so short a time. He then tweeted to thank Emirates saying that he could not be happier.
“Massive thank you to @emirates @EmiratesSupport for such and incredible follow up, I have received my watch here in Australia and couldn’t be happier. You have a customer for life in me,” he tweeted.
