Muhammad Hafeez requests more time to submit assets' details

Sources revealed that cricketer is being financially audited for previous five years.

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Pakistani cricket superstar and all-rounder Muhammad Hafeez requests more time from FBR to submit details of assets he owns. He said so for the second time.

As per details available to Dunya News, Muhammad Hafeez has been given time till December 7 by Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Earlier cricket star was granted time till November 28, upon not receiving any response, FBR served Hafeez notice for concealing assets.

Sources revealed that cricketer is being financially audited for previous five years. His previous income tax record from between 2014 to 2018 is under review. Furthermore, FBR has ordered banks to submit cricketer s account details.

Sources further revealed that Muhammad Hafeez did not disclose assets worth Rs170 million. In consideration, FBR insisted answer from him.
