It is pertinent here to mention that Pakistan have not won a Test match in Australia since 1995. Furthermore, the Kangaroos have not lost any game at the Gabba – where the first contest is scheduled – since 1988.

Let it be known that the second and final match of the series will be hosted by Adelaide Oval from November 29 to December 3. Earlier, both three-day tour matches between the Pakistanis and Australia A were drawn.
