Pakistan, Sri Lanka conduct practice sessions at National Stadium on Wednesday.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – The practice sessions of Sri Lanka and Pakistan cricket teams have been scheduled at the National Stadium Karachi on Wednesday (today), Dunya News reported.
Sri Lanka’s training session has been set at 02:00 PM while the Green Shirts will conduct practice at 06:00 PM under head coach Misbah-ul-Haq. Pakistan bowling coach Waqar Younis will join the squad after first one-day international (ODI) owing to personal engagements.
The Islanders reached Karachi on Tuesday evening and presidential level security is being provided to the visitors. The Sindh Rangers have taken control of the National Stadium.
Representatives from both teams will hold press conference after practice sessions. The first ODI match between Pakistan and Sri Lanka will be played on September 27 in Karachi.
