PCB surprised over SL decision of not playing Test in Pakistan despite security clearance.

LAHORE (Dunya News) – The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has expressed surprise over Sri Lanka’s decision of not playing Test match in Pakistan despite a positive security report, Dunya News reported on Friday.

PCB Chairman Ehsan Mani said Sri Lanka’s decision is not understandable, and has informed Sri Lanka Cricket about Pakistan’s reservations over its decision.

Ehsan Mani maintained that how can Sri Lanka decide the venue when Pakistan is hosting the series, and affirmed that the governing body will raise the issue in the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) meeting scheduled later in the month.

Let it be known that Sri Lanka Cricket officials had on Thursday said that the Islanders will play three one-day internationals (ODIs) in Pakistan instead of Test match.
