Pakistan cricketers request fans not to use bad words.

LONDON (Dunya News) – Pakistan cricketers have requested fans to not use bad words for players and maintain a level of respect, Dunya News reported on Tuesday.

Left-arm fast bowler Mohammad Amir took to Twitter and wrote, “Please don’t use bad words for the players. You guys can criticize our performance. We will bounce back InshAllah. We need your support.”

Veteran all-rounder Shoaib Malik stated, “On behalf of all athletes I would like to request media and people to maintain respect levels in regards to our families, who should not be dragged into petty discussions at will. It’s not a nice thing to do.”

Former captain Shahid Afridi tweeted, “Pakistan team is being criticized harshly on media after their defeat against India. I request all to support the team despite the loss because we stand with them only when they win. They are our stars and we have to support them in every possible way.”
