World Cup 2019: Sarfraz, other skippers to meet Queen Elizabeth II on Wednesday
Following the meeting with Queen Elizabeth II, captains will attend opening party of the World Cup.
LONDON (Web Desk) – Pakistani captain Sarfaraz Ahmed along with the skippers of all the participating teams of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 will meet Queen Elizabeth II at the Buckingham Palace on Wednesday.
Pakistani captain Sarfaraz Ahmed who was with the team in Nottingham has arrived in London for the meeting with the Queen.
Following the meeting with Queen Elizabeth II, captains will attend the opening party of the World Cup.
Hosts England will face South Africa I the inaugural match of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 on May 30 at the Oval in London.
On the other hand, Pakistan will play their first match against West Indies on May 31 at Trent Bridge in Nottingham.
