Pakistan team's practice sessions shifted to NCA after heavy rainfall.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Pakistan cricket team’s practice sessions have on Wednesday been shifted from the Gaddafi Stadium to the National Cricket Academy (NAC) Lahore after heavy rainfall in the city.
The Green Shirts are scheduled to conduct indoor training sessions on day two under head coach Mickey Arthur and team management. Special attention is being paid to players’ physical fitness ahead of the World Cup 2019. Fitness tests of the probable players for the World Cup have been conducted.
Chief Selector Inzamam-ul-Haq will announce the 15-member squad for the mega event on April 18. The team will depart for London on April 23 to play one-off T20I and five ODIs against England ahead of the World Cup.
The 10-team World Cup is scheduled from May 30 to July 14 in England and Wales. Pakistan will open their campaign with the match against West Indies on May 31 at Nottingham.
