Global Zalmi League starts March 21, preparations in full swing.
(Web Desk) – Preparations for Global Zalmi League 3rd Edition by Peshawar Zalmi and Zalmi Foundation are in full swing. Municipal Corporation Islamabad and Zalmi Foundation signed MoU for Global Zalmi League.
Global Zalmi League will take place from the 21st of March 2019 in Islamabad. 16 International teams will come and participate in this mega event. Preparations are in full swing for this league which will be a cricket festival for all the people around.
With respect to the league, the Municipal corporation of Islamabad and Zalmi Foundation signed an MoU. Mayor Islamabad Shiekh Ansar Aziz and Director/Co-owner Peshawar Zalmi Mr Khalid Afridi signed MoU for the Global Zalmi League.
Mayor Islamabad said that Global Zalmi League happening in Islamabad is a step in the right direction and we wholeheartedly welcome all the teams coming to participate.
Chairman Peshawar Zalmi Javed Afridi said that through the Global Zalmi Platform, countries like US, China, Korea, France, and Saudi Arabia are producing quality cricketers through the registered clubs across the world. He thanked Mayor Islamabad for all the support for GZL.
