(AFP) - Zimbabwe reached 25-1 at stumps after Bangladesh declared their first innings of the second Test at 522-7 on day two in Dhaka on Monday.
Left-arm spinner Taijul Islam removed Hamilton Masakadza for 14. Brian Chari, on 10, and Donald Tiripano, on nought, were batting at close of play.
Earlier Bangladesh wicketkeeper-batsman Mushfiqur Rahim hit an unbeaten 219 and shared 144 runs in an unbroken eighth wicket stand with Mehidy Hasan, who made 68.
