DUBAI (Web Desk) - Pakistan will take on Hong Kong in Dubai today (Sunday) in their first match of the Asia Cup 2018.

Pakistan had won the Asia Cup title in 2012. In 2016, team could not qualify for final however, this time, captain of Pakistan cricket team Sarfraz Ahmed has expressed hopes for victory in Asia Cup 2108.
On the other hand, Hong Kong has qualified for Asia Cup 2018 after a period of ten years.

Earlier on Saturday, in the opening match in Dubai, Bangladesh beat Sri Lanka by 137 runs.
Batting first, Mushfiqur steered Bangladesh to a respectable total of 261 in the allotted 50 overs. He added 131 with Mithun as wickets continued to fall in regular intervals on the other end.
Sri Lanka’s campaign suffered massive blow early as they lost three wickets inside power play. Six Bangladeshi players took wicket apiece. In the end, Sri Lanka managed only 124 runs in reply.
This is also Sri Lanka s lowest ODI total versus Bangladesh.
