Summary Islamabad United win by six wickets against Lahore Qalandars in PSL 2018
DUBAI (Dunya News) -- A powerful knock of 77 from 41 balls by Luke Ronchi helped Islamabad United win against Lahore Qalandars by six wickets in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) third edition match in Dubai.
Islamabad United 164/4 (17.4/20 ov, target 164)
United chased down the target with ease in the 18th over. Luke Ronchi scored 77 from 41 balls. Sunil Narine picked up three wickets.
Lahore Qalandars 163/8 * (20 ov)
Qalandars started agresssively and scored the first 100 runs speedily. Anton Devcich was the top scorer with 62 (42b) before getting out to Faheem Ashraf who took three wickets by giving away 32 runs. Losing wickets slowed Qalandars pace in the innings.

Skipper Brendon McCullum gave some fireworks in the end with his 33 from 12 balls.

Umar Akmal has been left out from the Qalandars lineup. On the other hand, United will have to do without Andre Russell, who has been ruled out of the rest of the tournament with a hamstring injury.
