Summary Shoaib Malik and Hasan Ali left for Dhaka to participate in the star-studded T20 league

LAHORE (Dunya News) – After Muhammad Hafeez, all-rounder Faheem Ashraf has also decided against traveling outside the country and participating in Bangladesh Premier League (BPL).

The all-rounder Ashraf will play the National Twenty20 league and then participate in the super eight rounds of Quaid-e-Azam Trophy. “I have decided to not play BPL to concentrate on domestic cricket,” he told while talking to media. Ashraf had signed the contract with Comilla Victorians.

Earlier, the suspended bowler Hafeez also refused to play BPL during the middle stages of the league. A number of Pakistani players have part of the star-studded T20 league including the star players Shoaib Malik and Hasan Ali who left for Dhaka today. Both Malik and Ali will represent Comilla Victorians side.

Rumman Raees, Imran Khan and Fakhar Zaman were also included in the lineup by the same franchise. Misbah Ul Haque, Babar Azam, Sarfraz Ahmed, Junaid Khan, Shadab Khan and Usama Mir are other players from Pakistan in BPL.

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) had issued NOCs to the pool of players under contract until December 13.
