LONDON (Dunya News) – The result of Pakistan all-rounder Mohammad Hafeez’s bowling action test, that was conducted on November 1 in England’s town Loughborough, will come on Wednesday (today) to determine whether the off-spinner will be able to continue his bowling or not.
The professor is anxiously waiting for the result and is hopeful to get his action cleared once again. Hafeez’s bowling consultant Carl Crowe said that his action has improved a lot and hoped that it will be approved by the International Cricket Council (ICC) as there is no flaw in it.
Mohammad Hafeez’s bowling action was reported by the match officials in third one-day international (ODI) against Sri Lanka on October 18. The all-rounder was directed to undergo biomechanics bowling test within 14 days by the authorities, however, he was not suspended from bowling during the mentioned period.
It is worth mentioning here that the 37-year-old’s bowling action has been reported for third time in past three years, and he cleared the test in India last time. Before leaving for England, Hafeez had said that he was very confident to clear this test, as he bowled with same remodeled action since he got cleared by ICC.
