LEICESTER (Dunya News) – It was an amazing display with the bat by Bismah Mahroof and Nain Abidi that helped their side in  registering a win against the West Indies in the warm-up match of ICC Women s World Cup.

Pakistan opted to field first after winning the toss at Grace Road.

Batting first, West Indies managed to score 246 for the loss of seven wickets in the allotted fifty overs.

F Walters scored 59 as skipper Sana Mir claimed two wickets while the bowlers restrict the opposition from registering a bigger total on the board. 

In reply, Pakistan chased the required target in 47.4 overs with the loss of five wickets.

Bismah Maroof and Nain Abidi completely dominated the proceedings as they scored 75 and 81 respectively to thump West Indies in the qualifier.
