Summary A total of eight teams will participate in the fixture
(Web Desk) – Peshawar Zalmi, Champions of Pakistan Super League 2017 are to hold a two-day fixture to highlight the issues at Pakistan’s hand relating to Afghan refugees.
According to a press release issued today by Peshawar Zalmi Foundation, the event comes in with collaboration of United Nations to “highlight the problems and matter of Afghan Refusgees and also create awareness how UN and its affiliated unites working for betterment of these refugees.”
A total of eight teams will participate in the fixture namely, UNCHR, CCAR, Raha Cell, Unicef, UN-1 and UN-2.
The opening ceremony will be attended by UNHCR head, Indrika Rattwate, Afghan Ambassador, Dr Hazrat Omar Zakhelwal and Minister of Saffron, Abdul Qader Baloch in Shalimar Ground.
