The cricketer first denied giving any comment to media but then claimed innocence in the spot-fixing case of Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2017 upon insistence of his father Sohail khan.
“I’ve done nothing wrong to damage the country’s repution”, he told the media. Also, Khalid Latif claimed to have done nothing against the code.
Sharjeel Khan was spotted with a broken number plate of his car so that he can remain out of the spotlight.
The PCB had recently handed over the charge sheet to both Khalid Latif and Sharjeel Khan earlier.
