LAHORE (Dunya News) – Pakistan Cricket Board on Wednesday announced a jirga to discuss problems and disappointing defeats afflicting in Pakistan cricket.

Big names in Pakistan cricket including the legend Imran Khan have been invited to give their suggestions as solution to these problems. Wasim Akram, Zaheer Abbas, Javed Miandad, Abdul Qadir and Pakistan’s most successful Test captain Misbah ul Haq have also been invited in the PCB jirga.

The session of consultation will be chaired by PCB chairman Shahryar Khan, chief selector Inzamam ul Haq and director academy Mudassar Nazar.

The questions will be; How to improve performance of Pakistan cricket team? What changes are required in domestic structure? How to solve issues with pitches and coaching? And how to invite foreign teams in Pakistan where international cricket has been at a pause?

The new as well as old cricketers will advise solutions to the PCB discussion forum or ‘jirga’.
