LONDON (Web Desk) - Pakistan finished second day of the last Test at 340 with the loss of 6 wickets as the hosts lead against England by a total of 12 runs in the second innings.
Pakistan resumed their innings at 3 for the loss of 1 wicket at the start of the day s play. Azhar Ali seemed to be in control during his innings but his stay at the crease was cut-short after he was dismissed for 49 runs. Night watchman Yasir Shah also got out after playing a knock of 26 runs.
Asad Shafiq completed his ninth century in Test as he was dismissed for 109 runs while he attempted to pull a short ball by Finn and got caught by Stuart Broad at short midwicket. Younis Khan also seemed to be at ease while facing the English pacers as he also scored a magnificent century.
Finn and Woakes have picked up two wickets each for England whereas Broad and Moeen Ali have one wicket each to their name. Men in Green shall resume the third day s play with Misbah (at 15 not out) and Younis (at 101 not out) at the crease.

During the first day of play, the hosts made a total of 328 runs as Moeen Ali played a brilliant knock of 108 runs whereas Sohail Khan was yet again the star-performer for Pakistan as the pacer again picked 5 wickets.
