Summary Players are given up to 100 hours of lectures on doping: Chairman PCB

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Zafar Gohar has been drafted into the preparation camp for New Zealand on Monday on the withdrawal of Yasir Shah on grounds of taking banned substance. Shoaib Malik has been given the responsibility of grooming Muhammad Amir on the other hand, reports Dunya News.

Talking to journalists on the ending of the 8th day of preparation camp for New Zealand series, Shahrayar Khan denied the rumors that PCB does not make players aware regarding the use of drugs. He said that players are given up to 100 hours of lectures on doping.

Outlining a hard stance on use of doping substances, Shahrayar said that Pakistan Cricket Board does not tolerate the use of such substances. Talking about Yasir Shah’s ban, he said that a strategy will be thought of as soon as International Cricket Council (ICC) releases its detailed report.
