FAISALABAD: (Dunya News) – The promise of a cricket academy with Pakistan off-spinner Saeed Ajmal has not yet been fulfilled. Saaed Ajmal and other players protested over unfulfilled promises. Saeed Ajmal heavily criticized the management for not providing him with an alternate land for his academy and protested along with other players outside Iqbal Stadium, reported Dunya News.

According to details, a cricket talent hunt program was organized in Faisalabad by Saeed Ajmal Cricket Academy and city district government. Large number of young cricketers attended this talent hunt and Saeed Ajmal was seen giving them bowling tips.

Carrying the placards outside Iqbal Stadium during the protest, players raised slogans while Saeed Ajmal said that the issue will be raised before Punjab Chief Minister and Prime Minister of Pakistan as well.

On the other hand, the players attending the program also seemed worried. They were worried how they would be able to learn if the academy remained closed. 200 boys and 40 girls were selected on the last day of the talent hunt.
