Summary Zimbabwe won the toss and elected to bowl in the first ODI against Pakistan.

HARARE (Web Desk) – Pakistan are struggling at 99-3 (24.0 ov) against Zimbabwe in the first one-day international (ODI) at Harare Sports Club.

Azhar Ali faced 22 balls and scored just 11 runs, Ahmed Shehzad 12 runs against 16 balls and Mohammam Hafeez was sent to the pavilion at 10 runs.

All-rounder Aamer Yamin has made his debut for Pakistan.

Yamin was a late replacement in the Pakistan squad after fellow allrounder Anwar Ali failed a fitness test in the lead-up to the tour.

Zimbabwe gave opening batsman Brian Chari his first outing in ODI colours, and recalled offspinner John Nyumbu to bowl in tandem with legspinner Graeme Cremer.

The three-match series was preceded by two Twenty20 internationals at the same venue, which were both won by Pakistan.
