LAHORE: (Dunya News) – Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has finally adopted firm tone on the issues of series with India as well as cold war with the star batsman Younis Khan. He said that Pakistan will react strongly if India goes back on agreement. He also said that Younis Khan was invited to Pakistan Super League (PSL) but he demanded travelling allowance instead of coming, reported Dunya News.

Responding to questions about not inviting Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan and Younis Khan were invited at the PSL Logo Inaugural Ceremony but they didn’t attend.

Getting firm about India series, Shehryar said that India has signed the agreement of playing 6 series in 8 years, turning their back on which will invite strong reaction from PCB.

Talking about Younis Khan’s complaints, Chairman PCB said that the former captain has been going through mental stress. He said that Younis was invited to attend the ceremony but he demanded travelling allowance.

However, Chief Organizer PSL Najam Sethi has already stated that Imran Khan hadn’t been invited at the ceremony.

Chairman PCB said that one of Qatar and United Arab Emirates (UAE) will be chosen for PSL within one week while Intikhab Alam will be appointed as manager of the team for Zimbabwe and England series.
