LAHORE (Dunya News) – Former test captains Wasim Akram and Rameez Raja have been appointed as ambassadors for Pakistan Super League (PSL) on Thursday. Both cricket stars have expressed hope that the event will make Pakistan rise in the ranks of the cricketing world, reported Dunya News.

PSL reached another milestone as it signed on the former Pakistani cricket stars onto its team. Both players have expressed happiness at the prospect and have said that PSL will bring a revolution in Pakistan cricket. Chairman Executive Committee of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Najam Sethi said that players from 7-8 countries will be representing in the league. PSL logo unveiling will take place in colorful ceremony on September 20.
