Summary PCB directed affiliated clubs, associations to ensure implementation within 3 months
LAHORE: (Daily Dunya) – Pakistan Cricked Board (PCB) has on Friday issued the model constitution to all the affiliated clubs, district associations and regional cricket associations to ensure implementation on the model constitution within next 3 months, reported Daily Dunya.
According to the details released by the PCB, the model constitution had been approved during the Governing Board meeting on June 13. This constitution will help implementing democratic form of governance and equal legal treatment for all.
The approved constitution is available on PCB’s website while the copies can be obtained from the PCB Election Commissioner’s office.
PCB said that it will help the regional associations, district associations and clubs in implementing this model constitution. The implementation of this constitution will end the legal complications prevalent on the district level and board will be able to get rid of the court cases.
