MIRPUR (Dunay News) – Bangladesh one-day international (ODI) skipper Mashrafe Mortaza on Thursday sustained minor injuries to both his hands after encountering an accident in Mirpur, Dunya News reported.
According to the details, the accident took place when Mashrafe’s cycle rickshaw rammed into a bus when he was en route to the Shere Bangla Stadium from his house to participate in the training session.
Mashrafe is having bandage on his both hands whereas the doctors have hoped his early recovery.
“This is unfortunate. We are concerned about his palm,” Bangladesh coach Chandika Hathurasingha.
