Summary Moin was appointed as the chief selector for the ICC World Cup 2015.

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has officially issued a notice to terminate Moin Khan from the post of Chief Selector today (Thursday).

As per PCB contract, one month salary would be awarded to the Chief Selector in case of his suspension which he will receive on April 30.

Earlier, the former Chief Selector was accused of visiting casino in New Zealand during the mega event of World Cup 2015. Moin Khan argued that he went there to have a meal two days before the match against the West Indies and a Pakistani couple photographed him and made a video.

PCB Chairman Shaharyar Khan was reportedly upset over the chief selector’s action and called him back after finding him guilty in his casino scandal.

Moin was appointed as the chief selector for the ICC World Cup 2015.

The PCB administration while forgiving Moin Khan maintained his post but later decided to eliminate him from the selection committee of PCB.
