Pakistan are going to face the thunder down under Australia on Friday in their first game of the knockout stages. The third quarter final of the world cup will be played at Adelaide and Pakistan stands a good chance, according to former great Pakistan captain Imran Khan, as the wicket is expected to help spinners and Pakistan has at least two spinners in its team, Shahid Afridi and Haris Sohail.
As a third option, Pakistan may also play Yasir Shah as a specialist leg-spinner. Pakistan squad consists of captain Misbahul Haq, Shahid Khan Afridi, Yasir Shah, Ahmed Shehzad, Mohammad Irfan, Sarfaraz Ahmad, Ehsan Adil, Umar Akmal, Younis Khan, Wahab Riaz, Sohail Khan, Sohaib Maqsood, Nasir Jamshed and Rahat Ali.
Imran Khan has suggested Pakistan to play Younis Khan at No. 3 in this game. He urged the Pakistan team to attack the opposition for winning this all-important game through his Twitter messages.
Pakistan must play Yunus at No 3 & despite lack of match practice, Yaser. They must play like cornered tigers, back to the wall. 1/2
