Summary Pakistani cricket team gear up to perform better in upcoming World Cup 2015, said Misbah.

LAHORE (Dunya News) – While talking to media in Lahore, Captain of Pakistani cricket team Misbah-ul-Haq on Tuesday vowed to perform well in International Cricket Council (ICC) World Cup 2015.

He stated that team is working hard to snatch the title of World Cup Champion 2015 whereas extra trainings are also giving to the players to boost up their skills.

Misbah-ul-Haq announced to retire from one-day international (ODI) and T20 after the World Cup of 2015.

On this occasion, Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Shaharyar Khan said that ‘I respect the retirement decision of Mibah and Afridi as being retired is their personal matter’.

PCB Chairman further lauded the capabilities of Misbah-ul-Haq and termed him as a good player. He further pronounced that the national team will play matches with England and India after the WC 2015.

Team Manager Naveed Akram Cheema hoped for the better performance of national team and thanked PCB for reappointing him as Team Manager for World Cup 2015.

Talking to media, he assured that the Pakistani cricket team is committed to play with spirit so that it would gift the trophy of World Cup 2015 to the nation.
