SHARJAH, United Arab Emirates (AFP) - Pakistan were bowled out for 351 in their first innings in the third and final Test against New Zealand in Sharjah on Friday.

Off-spinner Mark Craig returned with his best figures of 7-94 -- his first five-wicket haul -- as Pakistan lost their last eight wickets for the addition of 70 runs after resuming the day at 281-3.

Opener Mohammad Hafeez made his highest Test score of 197.

The team members and officials from both nations observed a minute s silence and wore black armbands to join the sporting world in mourning young Australian batsman Phillip Hughes, who died on Thursday after being struck by a bouncer.

The two teams abandoned the second day s play in the third Test in Sharjah on Thursday as a mark of respect.
