After openers Ahmad Shehzad and Muhammad Hafeez went to the pavilion scoring 35 and 45 runs respectively, Younis Khan and Azhar Ali gripped the pitch and put up a tough show against the Kangaroos.
Younis Khan scored hat-trick century mounting his centuries to 27 whereas Azhar Ali accomplished 6th century of his career.
Both the batsmen added 208 runs to the score by the day end yesterday. Returning to the pitch on the second day, staying consistent with performance Younis and Azhar added handsome score to the total runs when Azhar Ali got caught by Warner on Starc’s ball on 109 runs of 250 balls.
Misbah ul Haq and Younis Khan are on the pitch and total score of Pakistan now mounts 376 of 112 overs with Younis Khan on 135 runs and Misbah on 27.
