THE OVAL (Web Desk) - Harry Gurney has praised Peter Moores for creating a positive environment in the England dressing room.
The left armer made the successful debut against Sri Lanka in the first ODI at The Oval on Thursday.
Moores is a good coach who always gives confidance to players, said Gurney.
"He wants players -- particularly someone like me who was coming in on debut," he added.
"It s a really positive environment. To be fair, when I joined up with the team in the West Indies just after Australia, the atmosphere was really positive even then, so now under a new coaching setup and some new playing personnel, the atmosphere is absolutely brilliant, despite what happened in the winter."
After the loss in lone Twenty 20, home team came back strongly in the first ODI and will play their second ODI on Sunday.
