Summary The Indian team will arrive in the first week of February next year.

LAHORE (Online): India's blind cricket team has accepted invitation to visit Pakistan.

According to Chairman Pakistan Blind Cricket Council, BCCI formally informed PCB in writing about the upcoming visit of Indian blind cricket team to Pakistan.

The Indian team will arrive in the first week of February, and will play 3 ODIs and 3 T20s in Lahore, Islamabad and Faisalabad.

Last year in December, Pakistan Blind Cricket team gave a splendid performance in T20 world cup during their tour to India. The team played well throughout the tournament but unfortunately lost the final from host team.

The tour was marred by a tragic incident when the captain of blind cricket team, Zeeshan Abbasi, needed hospital treatment after drinking cleaning fluid that he mistook for mineral water at his hotel in India.

The incident came when India and Pakistan were gearing up to play their first cricket series since ties were broken after the deadly 2008 attacks in Mumbai
