KARACHI (Online) - Pakistan captain Misbahul Haq is confident that team will do well in the upcoming Champions Trophy and return home as winner.
Talking to media persons at the National Cricket Stadium on Saturday, Misbah said that South African conditions are tough than England, but even then team put up a good show.
“We, therefore, will give good performance in the Champions Trophy.”
To a question, he said that squad would be announced in the light of players’ performance in domestic tournament.
Several options, including Younis Khan, are under consideration. Young guns are bowling well, but Umar Gul would be missed.
