Summary Ex-Captain Rashid Latif challenged appointment of Pakistan Cricket Board’s Chairman and the DG.
He has moved a writ petition in the Sindh High Court, terming the postings as ‘violations of merit.
According to media reports, Latif filed a petition in Sindh High Court which issued notices to PCB chairman Zaka Ashraf and DG Javed Miandad.
In his plea, the former cricketer stated that postings on top slots of the board were against the merit “which has deprived the PCB of honest and eligible leadership.”
He appealed the court to cancel appointments of the big-wigs and remove flaws of PCB constitution for revival of cricket in Pakistan.
