Selling pressure eroded values of leading scripts at Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) Tuesday as 100-Index dipped 52.99 points to close at 7631.66, dealers said. The turnover volume was high at 210.960 million shares as prices of 138 scripts recorded gains while 171 sustained losses and 13 remained unchanged. A dealer at a leading brokerage house said that the market was bullish in the morning but fell on selling pressure at the close. The market capitalization eroded by about Rs 13 billion to Rs 2.246 trillion. DG Khan Cement was the volume leader with a turnover of 16.786 million shares.
