How much will you pay?
High-speed diesel will now cost Rs272.99 per litre, down from Rs285.83.
Petrol remains unchanged at Rs264.61 per litre.
Kerosene oil’s revised price reflects a Rs7.19 hike, aligning with adjustments based on international oil market trends.
Light diesel price stands at Rs162.37 after a reduction of Rs8.20 per litre.
The updated prices came into force nationwide from midnight on 16 August, following the government’s routine fortnightly review of petroleum product rates, which considers fluctuations in global crude prices and currency exchange rates.
