Bilal proposed signing a MoU for formal and regular partnership in the crypto sector
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan and Kyrgyzstan have agreed to enhance bilateral cooperation in the fields of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and digital finance.
The understanding was reached during a high-level video conference between Bilal Bin Saqib, Pakistan’s Minister of State for Crypto and Blockchain, and Farkhat Aminov, Director of Kyrgyzstan’s National Investment Agency.
The virtual meeting included in-depth discussions on digital finance, blockchain innovation, and regulatory frameworks.
Both sides emphasized the importance of exchanging knowledge, experiences, and best practices to support the development of digital economies.
Bilal Bin Saqib highlighted Kyrgyzstan's role in driving innovation in digital assets and expressed Pakistan’s interest in collaborating on regulatory structures and technological advancements.
He also proposed signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for formal and regular partnership in the crypto sector.
Both nations reaffirmed their commitment to developing a secure, transparent, and advanced digital economy, with a strategic alignment in promoting virtual assets. The cooperation aims to boost blockchain and digital finance integration across Central and South Asia.
