PSOs circular debt exceeds Rs 1.75 trillion

PSOs circular debt has exceeded to Rs 175 bn and PSO is indebted to oil companies of Rs 159 bn.

According to a statement issued by the PSO, circular debt of the PSO is Rs 180 billion. Power sector is indebted to the PSO of Rs 153 billion while, the PIA of Rs 3.32 billion, the KESC of Rs 4 billion and Pakistan Railway of Rs one billion.
