Dollar continues to increase against rupee in interbank market
KARACHI (Dunya News) - In a relentless streak, the US dollar continued its upward trajectory against the local currency in the interbank market, with no signs of abating on Friday.
During the fifth and final day of the business week, the US dollar saw a significant surge of 0.89 in its value in the interbank market.

The dollar concluded the trading day at a rate of Rs 288.49, firmly establishing its upward trend.
The previous business day concluded with the dollar valued at Rs 287.60 in the interbank market, making the recent increase all the more pronounced.
Simultaneously, the open market also witnessed a substantial rise in the US dollar. With an increase of 1.5, the dollar is now being traded at Rs 297.50 in the open market.
