Govt taking effective measures to increase production of cotton in country: Cheema
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Special Assistant on Food Security Jamshed Iqbal Cheema said that the government is taking effective measures to increase the production of cotton in the country.
In a statement today (Sunday), he said about 90 percent of cotton sowing target in Punjab and eighty percent in Sindh has been achieved.
He said government is taking steps to bring investment in livestock sector.
