Sugar price surges to Rs115 per kg
Price of sugar has reached Rs115 per kg in Peshawar
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Price of sugar has surged to 115 rupees per kilogram despite government’s efforts to reduce the price of the commodity.
According to Bureau of Statistics, residents of Peshawar are buying sugar at most expensive rate of Rs115 while the commodity is available for Rs111 per kg in Quetta.
In Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Karachi, Sialkot and Gujranwala price was recorded at Rs110 while sugar was being sold at Rs105 in Lahore, Sargodha, Multan, Bahawalpur and Hyderabad.
