Rupee gains 61 paisa against USD in interbank
Dollar down by 1.6 percent since its high of 168.43 rupees
KARACHI (Web Desk) – The exchange rate of US Dollar weakened by 61 paisa in the interbank on Tuesday against Pakistani rupee.
The greenback closed at 165.62 rupees on second business day of the week. Since Thursday dollar has weakened by 2.81 rupees.
Decline in dollar by 1.6 percent since its high of 168.43 will help in easing pressure on debt payment by Rs305 billion.
