Dollar in interbank closes at Rs165.54
Dollar fell by 59 paisas against the Pakistani rupee in the interbank market.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – The US dollar on Friday has closed at Rs165.54 after falling by 59 paisas against the Pakistani rupee in the interbank market.
According to details, the dollar had traded at Rs 169 in the start of the day. However, its value decreased because of inflows from exporters.
Market during the session also witnessed recovery of Rs 3.96.
Furthermore, the price of the US dollar increased by Rs 6.87 in four sessions, putting additional burden of debts on the national exchequer of Rs 800 billion.
