All prize bonds worth Rs40,000 to be registered till 2020: FBR

(Web Desk) – Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Chairman Shabbar Zaidi has revealed that all prize bonds worth Rs40,000 would be registered till the year 2020.
In his talk to a private news channel, he said unregistered prize bonds will be considered useless in case these are not registered.
The chairman said prize bonds of Rs948 billion were still unregistered in the country and hectic efforts were being made to register them.
Meanwhile, he said that the present amnesty scheme has been focusing to unearth illegal and concealed properties.
