Stockbrokers say that the investors are showing confidence in the market

KARACHI (Dunya News) – Day after Prime Minister Imran Khan changed and re-allocated the portfolios of ministers of the federal cabinet, Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) witnessed an unprecedented increase in volumes as the 100 index gained 548 points, Dunya News reported on Friday.

The 100-index closed at 37,360 points after witnessing an increase of 548 points.

Stockbrokers say that the investors are showing confidence in the market.

Investors hope that the market would recover with expected improvement in the macroeconomic indicators as the biggest challenge to the economy – the current account deficit – has started narrowing down.
